People interested in volunteering at Aspen Farms Horse Trials and Area VII Championships September 8th – 10th are invited to complete the online sign up process, here: https://www.eventingvolunteers.com/events/274/signup
Aspen Farms is looking for volunteers to fill important show functions such as jump judging, gate control, and hospitality. There is a wide range of volunteer positions open, with the greatest need for volunteers on Sunday, September 10th.
This year Aspen Farms Horse Trials is using the new volunteer sign up portal provided by the United States Eventing Association. To sign up:

- Click on the tab of the day(s) you wish to volunteer to claim your volunteer spot.
We also have volunteer needs the two days preceding the show (Wednesday, September 8th and Thursday, September 9th) as well as all three days of the show.
If you are riding or plan to be a partial day volunteer, please visit the volunteer sign up on or after Saturday, September 2nd, when we expect to post partial-day volunteer shifts and ride times.
Depending on the volunteer days and shifts, volunteers are provided with breakfast, lunch, beverages, and Aspen Farms swag. If you have questions or need help signing up to volunteer, please contact Eva Elliott (her contact information is on the sign up form).
