The first event in Area VII is just around the corner, and the Area VII Championships September 8-10 will be upon us again before we know it. We want to thank all of our sponsors and donors again for your generous support in 2016. You helped us put on a terrific Championships, and we cannot thank you enough. As you know, the adage “It takes a village” is true, and we in Area VII are fortunate to be members of a very supportive village!
Championship organizers will be reaching out soon to the individuals and businesses who helped make last year’s Championships so successful, as well as to all who are interested in supporting this year’s Championships. This is a large-scale project requiring time, money, products, and ideas, so we are starting the planning early like to start early.
We have not yet finalized the list of sponsor/donor categories, but anticipate they will be similar to last year. Were you a donor or sponsor last year? We welcome your feedback. Was there anything from last year that you especially liked? Or did not like? If you have any suggestions on how we might be able to make the sponsor/donor experience better for our generous supporters, please share your ideas and suggestions with Jonathan Elliott or Cynthia Bayles.
