Happy Thanksgiving to my fellow Canadians!

Happy Thanksgiving to my fellow Canadians! Jon and I returned from a wonderful trip to Germany yesterday. I am inspired to work on my dressage after having a couple lessons there and seeing the quality of riding around me. My poor horses are going to wonder what hit them! We attended the elite Hanoverian auction and saw many beautiful and talented horses, but what struck me more than their talent was how well trained and well behaved they were at 3 and 4 years old. They do an incredible job of giving the young horses an excellent start. We also had the chance to preview the horses that will be sold at the event horse auction in two weeks. It was pretty amazing to be able to see 20 of the nicest young event horses in the country in one place. Thanks to Jean and Jim Moyer for a great trip!
